Iga Swiatek, winner of Roland Garros in 2020 and already an integral part of the Top 10 despite her young age, joined the Tecnifibre team in January 2021. She tested, chose and signed the Tempo 298 tennis racket with her name. It is designed to give speed and controlled power to demanding tennis players. The “eli-square” frame section offers a good compromise between hitting power and control. It is rounded off with inserts of XTC fibre, polyester and aluminium filaments to disperse shock at ball impact and promote better feel. Iga’s Tempo 298 tennis racket has been customised: All technical characteristics (weight 298 g, covering 630 cm², balance 320 mm, grip) were optimised on the spot to achieve the perfect speed of the swing in any position.
And last but not least, with the attention to detail she is known for, Iga wanted to personalise the look of the product with a shiny finish and signed the frame as a sign of her approval.
