Returns & Exchanges Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your order. This gives you plenty of time to test your equipment and ensure it meets your playing needs.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be in original, unused condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging must be intact and included
- Items must be in resalable condition
- Proof of purchase (order number) must be provided

- Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 24-48 hours with a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions.
- Package Your Items: Securely package the items in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.

Refund Information
Refund Timeline: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned items.
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, JCB (processed through our secure payment partners)
- PayPal: Refunded directly to your PayPal account
Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Process
Prefer a different size, color, or product? Exchanges follow the same process as returns. Please indicate your preferred exchange item in your return request. If the exchange item differs in price, we’ll process the appropriate refund or charge the difference.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Box of balls (once opened)
- Compression wear (for hygiene reasons)
- Grips (once removed from packaging)
- Ball packages that have been opened
- Personalized or custom-made items

International Returns
